How long does the initial onboarding take?
Our onboarding for average portfolios is designed to be completed in under 45 minutes; we can also coordinate directly with your Executive Assistant to handle the setup on your behalf.

Can this app integrate with my existing wealth management tools?
We offer CSV download. If your tools support this you can easily integrate the data.

Is there a mobile version for secure access while traveling?
Yes, iOS and Android apps are available.

What happens if I lose my device?
Access is controlled from our web app. If you are at all concerned please log in and change your password.

Are there any hidden transaction fees?
No. We operate on a transparent, flat-fee subscription model; all costs related to data storage, security audits, and concierge support are included in your premium tier.

Do you offer bespoke pricing for complex structures and/or Family Offices?
Yes, for entities managing multiple households or complex corporate structures, we offer tailored enterprise licensing and dedicated server instances.

Data Sovereignty & Ownership

In what jurisdiction is my data stored?
Your primary data is stored in highly secure and private data centres in Switzerland.

Who legally owns the data I upload?

How can I permanently delete my information?
You can permanently delete all your data in the app at any time.

Can I export my data if I choose to leave the service?
